Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, however, please read our return policy below.

1. Policy duration

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in its original packaging.

3. Return procedure

Before making any return, please send an email to contact.pivoinesignature@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product.

4. Shipping returns

Returned items must be sent via Colissimo with a tracking number at your own expense. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For international returns, please note that we do not cover customs duties. You are responsible for paying these fees. If they are not paid by you, they will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Refunds or store credit

Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive store credit in the form of a promo code corresponding to the amount of the item (excluding shipping costs) for a direct exchange on our site. You also have the option of requesting a refund, minus shipping costs.

6. Items not eligible for return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards

7. Exceptions to refund or exchange

In certain situations, a refund or exchange cannot be granted:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
