Return and exchange policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Policy duration

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in its original packaging.

3. Return procedure

Before making any return, please send an email to contact.pivoinesignature@gmail.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is validated, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product.

4. Return shipping

Returned items must be sent via Colissimo with a tracking number at your expense. Return shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.

For international returns, please note that we do not cover customs duties. You are responsible for paying these taxes. If they are not paid by you, they will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your place of residence, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Refund or credit

Once the item is received and inspected, you will receive a credit in the form of a promo code corresponding to the amount of the item (excluding shipping costs) for a direct exchange on our site. You also have the option to request a refund, minus shipping costs.

6. Items not eligible for return

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Gift cards

7. Exceptions to refund or exchange

In certain situations, a refund or exchange cannot be granted:

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
